GTHW provides insightful advice to construction lenders and their loan counsel during due diligence, and throughout loan negotiations, pertaining to the borrowers' approach to design and construction contracting, on construction loans issued throughout the country. We work with lenders and their attorneys to further expand on risk mitigation strategies and understand deal constructs, and to assist the team in reviewing and commenting on construction-specific loan terms, subordination/consent to assignment agreements, and will-serve agreements.

GTHW assists lenders and their team in analyzing existing construction project issues, and in the creation of relevant documentation to enable the construction project to proceed forward towards completion either with the original design team and contractors or their successors.
